Process for Hawthorn Woods, Illinois Public Water System Customers in Village of Hawthorn Woods, Kildeer & Lake County

Please use the process detailed below for submitting specific claims related to the Hawthorn Woods water outage incident, which spanned July 2, 2023 through July 9, 2023.

Send claims related to specific damage due to lack of water to claimsil@aquaamerica.com. Each claim will be evaluated based on its merits and substantiation of the physical damage being directly tied to the water outage.
