How Will My Rates Be Affected?
Your base rates will not change after we begin to operate the system, and any future change will be subject to approval of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission through a transparent process that allows opportunity for public input. You can learn more about our rates here.
What can I expect about my new billing cycle?
- You will receive a separate sewer bill from Aqua. You will no longer be billed for sewer service on your Beaver Falls Municipal Authority bill.
- For customers that receive their sewer bill quarterly, Aqua will be adopting the same billing cycles that you were previously billed under.
- For customers that receive their sewer bill monthly, you will receive your first Aqua bill in August.
- You can pay your bill in person at Western Union locations in nearby retail stores:
- Giant Eagle: 2650 Constitution Blvd., Beaver Falls, PA 15010
- Walgreens: 2646 Darlington Rd., Beaver Falls, PA 15010
- Walmart: 100 Chippewa Town Center, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
How Can I Receive Assistance with my bill?
We know everyone needs a hand sometimes. Beaver Falls customers are eligible for our Customer Assistance Program (CAP), an income-based monthly discount program for customers in need of support. Learn more about Aqua’s CAP and see if you qualify here.
