If you already have an ePortal account, please login into your account to start service or have your previous account number ready, this will make sure your current information is copied over. If you are a new Aqua customer you’ll need the following information to start service : 

• Service Address, including zip code
• Start Date
• Social Security Number (SSN) (except in NJ)
• Driver’s License Number 

To Stop Service online, you must be logged into your ePortal account.
