On June 20, 2025, Aqua Texas will file an application to adjust water and wastewater rates to reflect nearly $700 million in capital infrastructure projects we made between 2004 and the end of 2024.  Our request, Aqua Texas’ first statewide in 20 years, allows us to continue our infrastructure work that improves reliability and water quality, enhances customer service, and helps to support our commitment to the communities we serve.
